The May meeting of the Arts, Beautification and Economic Development Committee will be at 7:00 pm on Thursday, May 19, 2022 in the 3rd Floor conference room at Borough Hall, 50 Washington Ave., Dumont.
There are no outstanding or timely agenda items for the May 10th Mayor and Council meeting. Therefore, in the interest of efficiency and conservation of Borough funds, there will be no meeting on Tuesday, May 10th, and the agenda will be consolidated with our May 24th meeting.

The Borough of Dumont is seeking a Full Time Mechanic position within the Department of Public Works. Under direction, performs skilled mechanical work involving the maintenance, repair and servicing of various types of motor vehicles. Must have experience and successful completion of one year of training in automotive technology and CDL license. Must have own tools to work with. Experience with automotive/heavy trucks service and repair as well as ASE certifications in T1-T9 preferred.
